Ugh, this one hurts. Dude was so good in so much stuff. Dances with Wolves, Maverick (1994), Die Hard with a Vengeance, Green Mile, hell he was even Rains Fall in Red Dead Redemption 2 where he was also great. He will be missed.

The best part of MGS3 is calling Para-Medic every time you pick up new food. Some of the best game banter ever.

I love Persona 4,it's one of my all-time favorite games. Aside from that, not much, I played a little bit of 3 & it didn't really click with me, liked what I played of 5 & do wish to go back, but just haven't sat down to make significant progress, one day for sure.

I hope MGS4 gets remastered on modern consoles, but I also do hope it gets a remake as well that isn't afraid to change things about it such as having longer, uninterrupted story sequences but maybe even be willing to make some story changes as well.

I should start watching that show. I'm a big fan of Sam Seder of The Majority Report, & apparently voices Hugo which is cool. Been watching rewatching old King of the Hill after I finished the Hulu season, it still holds up!

Great game! And yes it is stunning. A shame no more adventures with Jin after this, but I guess that ending made it tough to follow-up on. Excited for Yotei regardless.

I'm excited for the Metal Gear Solid 3 remake coming out next week! Any good game recommendations you might have for me? I would highly recommend giving the Metal Gear series a shot, the Master Collection Volume 1 & the Delta remake are good jumping off points.

I liked Bioshock Infitine. I know it's become popular to shit on it these days, and it certainly has it's issues (the Founders & Vox Populi stuff was really poorly handled) but I still respect that games ambitions and story, even if it wasn't the game promised initially.

It's super exciting to be in an era where people are excited for both Metal Gear and Silent Hill again. @konamina.bsky.social, if you're truly back, know us gamers are ready for you.

All 3 of these are bangers!!! Highly recommend these to everyone who has yet to play them, Metal Gear especially if you have never played them!

I know the idea of a Metal Gear without Kojima is something most fans aren't interested in, but I think a remake of the two MSX Metal Gear's, MG1 & 2, would be an interesting project that Konami should try & tackle, personally. Also a Gray Fox game would be dope too.

I feel like it's only a matter of time before Nintendo and Universal make a Luigi's Mansion movie.

Certainly if they are thinking about a Donkey Kong movie, they've likely discussed a Luigi movie too.

I will say this, Smallville does have both my favorite renditions of Lois and Lex. Erica Durance's Lois is spot-on comic accurate, & Michael Rosenbaum's Lex is the most nuanced, layered, deep version ever, & his relationship dynamics w/ Clark are incredible & the heart of the show, but it's w/e.

Ugh, haha, no, I get it, it is definitely dated in some ways, it's written to be equal parts a Buffy-style serialized story with the occasional villian of the week story to pad things out while also being part of the early 2000s teen angst dramas. If that stuff doesn't vibe, it's not for you.

Have you ever watched Smallville? That's still my favorite Superman adaptation.
