This wealthy member of Congress just proposed increasing her own taxes “I think of it as taxing trust-fund kids, to create a trust fund for all American kids.”

Rep. Sara Jacobs is one of the top 15 wealthiest members of Congress. She is set to introduce legislation today that would—if enacted—work against her own self-interest by increasing her own taxes.

Absolutely unacceptable. A crime against the people terrorized, the public, and our planet. Heinous waste & destruction on top of human rights violations. The hunting of vulnerable members of our communities and the permeation of fear violate the most basic norms of a democratic society.

Thank goodness for migrant farm workers.
