My week in Montenegro was unforgettable. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to travel with an incredible group of yogis. I’ve certainly made some lifelong friends, and brought home with me the most beautiful memories. 🥰

Yesss! I can’t wait! I had to work so hard this week to get everything ready and be able to fully log off and not think about work for the next 2 weeks! Makes it that much sweeter.

Thanks! After lunch, I had a really fun meeting that kept me smiling the whole rest of the day. And now I’m relaxing in a hammock. So yes, it has improved exponentially. ☺️

My work MacBook died so they sent me a new HP… first time using a Windows machine in over 10 years. 🫣 This is going to take some getting used to!

I’ve been saying I’m going on my trip “in a few weeks” for quite a while and about fell out of my chair when I realized I leave in 10 days! Excited but nervous.

They’re the worst!! I want to be outside but I swear I step out for 10 seconds and I’m already bit up like crazy. 😭

The bots in my hidden DMs on insta are so creative! One forwarded a pic of me in Badgers gear and asked which team I’ll be rooting for. One called me elegant and charming. One apologized for being abrupt but I seem like a person of great taste. Flattery gets them nowhere but I appreciate the effort.

Stress relief. 😌
