I was kinda unsure about Mewgenics...

I wasn't big on the tactical RPG stuff i've previously played. (Fire Emblem: Awakening, Final Fantasy Tactics GBA) I was worried I'd have the same experience here.

But the game is so good! It's all I've been playing this week! Easily a GOTY candidate for me.

Aesthetically Nine Sols is rougher around the edges than Hollow Knight. But it leans more into the brutal difficulty & mechanical depth of a Soulsvania.

The game's first impression on me wasn't great tbh.. but after playing again today I feel like it has clicked for me! Parrying is really fun!

Fallout Season 2 was cool!

The tone of the show is great, It really feels like a continuation of the stories from the games. Fan service is done well too!

The way Season 2 was edited is annoying though. Constant cuts to black & perspective switches.

Other than that I'm excited for Season 3!
