He reaches for her, “Olivia?” “No. You didn't always come back to me.” The truth of the statement takes a moment to sink in. He didn't come back, once. He fucked up; he had no idea. He wonders if she's going to eviscerate him, instead, she closes her eyes and shakes her head, allowing silence to fill the space for a few seconds. “But you do now.”

She heads towards the precinct, after dropping Noah off, listening to the news radio station, the dulcet tones of the reporter turning into nothing more than a buzz in the background. Her eyes lose focus as she stares at her knuckles while she turns the wheel. He'd run his thumb over the thin skin and bones last night – Elliot had; his palm resting over the back of her left hand, her stomach had swooped as her mouth had gone dry and she had stared at the place where they'd been touching. He touches her easily, now, and she wants more.

It's a list examining how to tell if something's platonic or romantic. Pretend that our protagonist is writing a list on her scratchpad calendar.

And it's why I also have it in my head that like if Olivia Benson were to ever sit down with any sort of reporter and answer any questions it would have to be somebody that she trusts implicitly and I think that Lizzie might be the perfect journalist that would get an exclusive interview.

This exactly this is the reason why I think this is a perfect career opportunity for her character.
