I played River Raid, and video games in the 80s inspired me to become a programmer. I am using public key cryptography right now to write this, and you are using it to read this.

I'm almost done reading "When Women Were Dragons" by Kelly Barnhill. One the central events of this fictional memoir/historical fiction is an event in 1955 when 140-some thousand women turned into dragons. HUAC had classified hearings about it. It got me thinking, how long did HUAC last? UNTIL 1975!
