Important everyone knows that The Bad Guys 2 is also out this week. I have not yet decided where my popcorn is going at the weekend.

Bananza, Death Stranding 2 and Tony Hawk’s 3+4 are, as expected, making for an absolute dream of a summer trio for me right now. Only downside being that every time I turn one of them on, I’m hearing the call of the other two. But yeah, eating good.

Having a great time with Tony Hawk’s 3+4 but underestimated how much the music thing detracts from pretty much the whole vibe. It really is such a letdown. There are probably no other circumstances under which 2025 me would listen to Less Than Jake and I’ve been denied this reunion.

Is the final episode of Andor the most low-key prestige tv finale ever? Not meant as a criticism at all. Entirely earned. Dunno how people are so far in already though. I feel like I’ve been playing for about 50 hours and I’m not even out of act one yet. are you supposed to fight everything? I am fighting everything.

As a first effort though this thing is pretty remarkable. And now all the combat stuff has started to click (which it gradually does the more you play) I’m dropping mimes for fun.

Really enjoying Clair Obscur but the lack of a minimap is frequently rage-inducing when most areas are like mazes and I don’t think I’ve ever played game in which levelling up happens so often that it actually becomes a bit of a chore. Spend as much time in boring menus as I do doing cool dodging.

Glad I waited until Star Wars Day to watch the hardest ending to any tv episode ever (Andor S2 E6).
