Yes, it will be. If the feds were being strategic about the weather, they would be pushing Arizona now in the mild season and not be doing so in Minnesota with record subzero temperatures, but well. Their practice defies logic, and compassion.

I've had many friends posting from Arizona in recent days that the escalation is underway. It's just not getting media attention on a national level--I've seen nothing about it in Minnesota, which is understandably focused on its own problems.
