The face is mostly human with sickly pale skin with a long, thin, pointy nose. So, basically, it looks exactly like Steven Miller.

It's really difficult. I want my government to pay attention to its constituents, but I almost rather that Trump was just playing with building blocks. Too bad Steven Miller can't be as easily distracted.
BTW, whenever I see Miller, I think of Bosch's "The Choir's Devil"
