How can I help someone if they're struggling?
offer practical help like chores ( laundry basket) educate yourself look for helpful info ( laptop with mind webpage) offer to go to appointments with them (hugging) ask them how they'd like to be supported (How can I help? sign) listen and don't judge (phone) Same time next week, keep social contact (mugs of tea)
Itβs tough seeing someone you care about going through a hard time - you can feel pretty helpless, right? π
But the good news is, there are ways you can try to support them. 1/2
