He is meeting with the MoA inspector at 10:30 this morning and I'm afraid he will turn up at my front door later. No, he no longer has a key.

This is a fight I'm taking on. Turns out he had no permits for the work, wasn't authorized to do the wiring, didn't get any of the required inspections, didn't even test the wiring before putting up drywall. This is someone I gave a key to my home. He came recommended and I trusted him.

I've chosen to capitulate/accept several big losses this year for my long term benefit. But a contractor that I trusted really screwed up, requiring all to be yoinked out and redone to code/make functional/safe. Will cost thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours to make right. He finds out today.
