Great podcast as always. I don't think you were correct when you were saying good food is expensive. Fruit, veg, legumes etc all amongst the cheapest things you can buy.
Speaking from experience my desire to cook a good meal is lower than the desire to buy a quick cheap processed thing

We're bombarded with greenwash about beef. The industry promoted the concept of "regenerative" grazing, but it's largely an oxymoron, with no accepted definition. Meat from grazing ruminant livestock has the worst climate and biodiversity footprints of all foods, by a long way.
