Gaza Freedom Flotilla has released statement that Black labour leader Chris Smalls (Amazon Labour Union) faced violence that no one else on Handala did. He has been severely beaten in Israeli custody.

Smalls follows in legacy of Black radical tradition for Palestine. Labour must stand for Smalls.

Nobody captured love, loss, and the fight for belonging more powerfully than Andrea Gibson did. Their words gave voice to the unseen and hope to the unheard.

Hearing it laid out this way, that Carney is pushing out similar policies to Trump in support of oil and gas is a gut punch that my brain knew was coming, but my body nevertheless feels rocked by.
