It’s no surprise this service is on its last legs, when its share of the pie has halved in a generation.

Today's settlement offers a chance to restore care to millions.

NHS plans 'unthinkable' cuts to balance books - BBC News Diabetes care, rehab centres, end-of-life services and talking therapies at risk in England.
