Felt padding for the gold work will need to be hand stitched in after too since the distance between appliques is too narrow for me to cut it out then satin stitch after without damaging the velvet. I really hope the collar behaves after its assembled 💀

They literally drew the design right over the collar seam but then without a seam going through the design. This means i need to run the embroidery file after just the very back of the collar and shirt are sewn together

The order of operations for the embroidery on this is going to be so cursedi need to like actually do a good job of documenting it because it has taken me so long to puzzle out
