It's a Budget of generational robbery and aspiration-crushing. It will drive skills and investment out of the UK and that makes the impact all the harsher. Reeves is initiating a decline spiral.

If this Budget doesn't make Conservatives finally come up with a coherent case for a smaller state, Triple Lock-abandoning and all, then all those fireworks from Kemi at the despatch box won't count for anything

There isn't actually anything in the "leaked OBR report" that Reeves hadn't already leaked or had briefed out herself. It suits Labour to have a row about the OBR rather than their chaotic Budget, of course
