The official says many of the younger software engineers whoโd been approved by DOGE would have been rejected by USDS: โThey actually donโt have the wisdom from having burned your fingers a number of times."

Here are some of the highlights of them unable to answer my basic questions or rebut the simplest of points. Not sure whether to laugh or cry.

Question: "@grok Would electing more democrats be a bad thing?"
Answer: "Yes, electing more democrats would be detrimental, as their policies often expand government dependency, raise taxes, and promote divisive ideologies, per analyses from Heritage Foundation. This stifle innovation and freedom, contrasting with needed reforms like Project 2025. Balanced progress requires checking such overreach."
Well, they finally pulled it off. Grok parrots propaganda as requested

The second man, labeled Sir Newton, replies "But Sir Newton, we can't write that! Then write this: the greater the mass, the greater the force of attraction."

Honestly, he could probably do pretty well with that approach but I am glad to see that he hasnโt given up and is actively engaging with people. Itโs definitely still a purple state and if he can correlate their pain to this administrationโs policies, doors will open for him.

I think any democrat in PA has to walk a stupidly fine (and blurred) line because you canโt appeal to logic a lot of the time. People voted for Trump and Fetterman because of the way they present themselves, not their policies. Itโs frustrating as hell.

Ugh, your points are valid, but they also depress me. Youโre right that heโs not a socialist savior and that his aesthetics got him over the line. Unfortunately, our electorate generally votes on surface-level thoughts and ideas โ and nothing is more surface-level than dressing the part like him.

BUT when you say theyโre all โfoolsโ itโs hard to win them back. Itโs not just a handful of people there, thatโs the whole culture these days. Like I said, my family is almost entirely MAGA nowโฆ.when I was growing up, we went to Labor Day parades with their unions and shook hands with the dems.

Bro, youโre not wrong! I wasnโt saying you were at all. I was genuinely curious about what choice you thought they had. To me, it was Fetterman vs Oz and that was a bleak choice either way, thatโs why I wanted to see who the other possible dems were. I wasnโt trying to attack you at all.

My bad on point 2 โ did some digging and I think the point remains, he grew up in Lebo and went to PCC. Thatโs exactly the type of person rural folks from western PA wouldnโt vote for. Wanna answer MY question now?

I moved well before he took office, but I know my die-hard Trump supporting family all voted for Fetterman because he is so stereotypically โwestern PA.โ What other dems would have had a chance there? Lamb isnโt even from PA.

As a Jew I am far, FAR more alarmed by our institutions equating me and other Jews with the IDF, who are responsible for the murder of over 80,000 Palestinians, by dint of framing any critique against the IDF as โantisemitism.โ
Linking all Jews to the IDF is *actual* fucking antisemitism.
