Honestly, he could probably do pretty well with that approach but I am glad to see that he hasn’t given up and is actively engaging with people. It’s definitely still a purple state and if he can correlate their pain to this administration’s policies, doors will open for him.

I think any democrat in PA has to walk a stupidly fine (and blurred) line because you can’t appeal to logic a lot of the time. People voted for Trump and Fetterman because of the way they present themselves, not their policies. It’s frustrating as hell.

Ugh, your points are valid, but they also depress me. You’re right that he’s not a socialist savior and that his aesthetics got him over the line. Unfortunately, our electorate generally votes on surface-level thoughts and ideas — and nothing is more surface-level than dressing the part like him.
