My 70ish year old mom wants to immigrate to the Yukon territory. Personally, I'd rather live in Vancouver, BC as the climate is a bit more temperate. Toronto was on my list until I read about the tow-truck violence. (my BFF and boss let me ride with him when he was called out to recover a vehicle)

In fact, I'm almost certain that 2011 was the tax year when our family of four earned $40k for the year and the DoD took our entire child tax credit because they wouldn't defer my ROTC debt (long story) any more.
