And sadly I think now it almost certainly has to consist of.

✅ Hallett publicly stating he wants to seek a buyer, as opposed to an investor. Too much has gone wrong to rebuild his relationship with the fans, in my view.

By making this change of intentions clear, I think…

Any route map out of this has to consist of the following.

✅ Change of head coach with a prioritisation of experience over potential.

✅ New serious high level sporting director hired to work above or instead of Fox and lead recruitment campaign.

I don’t actually know what to make of it at this point.

They’ve done what I thought was impossible and just made me numb rather than angry.

The post match comments also worry me hugely. They suggest a ‘back to basics’ approach that’s ultra defensive.

Going too defensive tonight is what invited Exeter onto us.

The issue is we’ve tried 4-3-3, 3-4-3 and 3-5-2 and all of them have been woefully found out.

I don’t know what conclusion is left other the that the head coach isn’t very good at coaching.

As for Argyle now? I am now pretty confident we aren’t going down because the improvement was substantial and zero aspect of fluke to that win (unlike some others in truth).

We still (imo) won’t trouble the play offs but I accept I may have gone early with my panic stations

I think the people being fed up of going was more of a response to two and a bit years of unprecedentedly bad away form that at the time looked set to continue. And also a wider feeling of disconnectedness from the club that wasn’t there at the bottom of league two days (as bad as they were)

Alright probably fair I should take some flack given my earlier meltdowns. What I’d say is, maybe I did over react a bit emotionally but also I’ll change my views as the facts change. The late window business of McCabe, Ross and Tolaj has clearly raised the level of this squad. They’re all quality

Is trying good enough? I didn’t sing Hallett out but can understand frustrations. The last few years have been a total shambles and the last few months an even bigger shambles. The fact we’ve got into this position is symptomatic of appalling mismanagement

This is no longer a few angry online fans. This is a fanbase at the end of its tether and no longer accepting this shambles.

To be blunt, I’ve essentially already accepted it.

It is of course avoidable if the board take the right steps NOW (should have been after Saturday) and treat this as a state of emergency.

Sadly, I don’t predict that will be the response. So, League Two beckons.

The worst thing is I’m not actually even (predominantly) angry anymore.

I am but I’m more sad. 6 years of work gone totally up in smoke due to total mismanagement.

Relegation isn’t just a possibility. It’s a near total certainty. #pafc
