Yeah that's a really good point. If it's templated structure it's likely an engineers job, if it's the variable part (that the CMS likely handles) probably the content manager/SEO 👌

Yeah I was talking hypothetical I guess, but you're right. Person would be updating on-page off the back of some direction from an SEO/agency.

Agreed - data eng definitely plays a part too. Plus potentially API/devops from the crawl analysis side of actions.

What do you class as Technical SEO?

I've seen meta, schema, internal linking recommendations on audits but for me this is CMS, on-page. Team should be able to self serve on this.

I think my definition of tech SEO is anything that's going to require a code deployment or some structural changes.
