So difficult as the wisdom demonstrated is necessarily contextual, so if the ai had access to your years of personal/professional experience and your memory of the previous encounters with the patient over perhaps years, then it might.

I suppose it is sort of assessed via the NHS choices patient feedback..

Wisdom and caring can't be measured though. In the modern NHS it therefore doesn't count. Not a CQC or open prescribing metric.

Oxygen molecules weigh a lot more than hydrogen molecules (relatively anyway) so pure hydrocarbon fuel gets stripped of hydrogen and oxygens get put in place instead.

I had one of those "duh!" moments lest year when I wondered why apps suggested SO many Kg of CO2 emissions for a short trip.
Why would a litre of petrol, which must weigh maybe about a Kg, generate 2.3Kg of CO2?
