Balding, British-Iranian, democratic socialist, and ex-Labour left supporter of Jeremy Corbyn (now Green Party member). Tries to be open minded. Not big on genocide or liberals who enable it. πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ¦²πŸ‰πŸš©

In September, The National revealed that Labour Together had hired private investigators to look into journalists considered a threat to Keir Starmer.

Our Editor appeared on Novara Live to explain why she thinks the media failed to catch on THEN

I don't doubt there's a contingent who wouldn't vote for a woman but many voters rejected Clinton & Harris because of their politics, strategy and record. Folding in gender as the main explanation lets them off the hook. If AOC was to run she'd need to distinguish herself on substance like Mamdani.

Zack Polanski pressures Wes Streeting over Palantir after Mandelson texts released ZACK Polanski has piled fresh pressure on Wes Streeting over Palantir’s NHS contracts after the Health Secretary’s newly-released text messages…

A Β£240m defence contract without tender.

Their fingerprints all over our health care data.

A meeting in the USA but without any minutes.

Everything around Palantir stinks.

Zack Polanski's ( @zackpolanski.bsky.social ) strongly worded open letter to Wes Streeting, rightly urging him to rip up the Palantir contract in light of the Mandelson Epstein revelations

Route back where? He knows he's toast, the party knows he's toast, the backers know he's toast... they just want to keep him there to soak up all the bad press coming their way before they have their euphoric 'change of direction and leadership'... Starmer be eyeing up his post-political options.

Drug laws have never stopped people from using drugs.

They've stopped people from using drugs safely.

It's time to legalise *and* regulate.

His defence seems to be 'he can't remember' being gifted as much as Β£75,000 by a close friend, and that until JP Morgan (under whose steam?) proves the files are authentic he'll cast doubt on it... Seems... flimsy.

Voting NO on the DHS funding bill is the bare minimum.

Backing Kristi Noem’s impeachment is the bare minimum.

Holding law-breaking ICE agents legally accountable is the bare minimum.

ICE is beyond reform. Abolish it.

How have people watched these same outlets lie every single day about Gaza, about the videos we all can see, and yet expect it to be different with respect to their own situation? Why do you think they lied to begin with? Because that was the order that came down to them: protect the empire.

Outside Palantir this morning with @zackpolanski.bsky.social. This Trumpist corporation should be nowhere near our NHS (or indeed our military).

One of the most important things for British politics, society and national security

It's fundamental to the safety of our democracy and keeping fascism at bay

Palantir is a powerful, nasty piece of work and balls deep in the Trump administration

Love to @zackpolanski.bsky.social and the NHS

Some people say Keir Starmer has been dealt a bad hand.

We're still in January and he's already signed a defence deal with Palantir - knowing full well how unpredictable and dangerous the US President is.

We're way past the point of giving pleading appeasement speeches.

The Pitt season 2 is coming in hard with criticism of AI in healthcare and I’m all here for it. If anyone asked me the number one wish for the NHS in the UK at the moment would be to remove Palantir from every facet of it. Truly evil company.

When we said NATO wasn't working we were derided.

When we said a nuclear weapons system relying on the US is dangerous we were called stupid.

The truth is the establishment are more interested in kissing US feet than keeping the UK safe.

It's time for a rethink.
