Colorado's population almost doubled between 1990 and 2024, with a lot of young people from the coasts arriving. Wyoming's only went up by about 30%. Plus about 10% of the population is Mormon in Wyoming, versus only about 3% in Colorado.

Look at the terrestrial media coverage. Who owns the radio stations and the tv stations? Radio is especially influential in places where drivers cover long distances when doing simple things.
