Thanks Catherine.
It's interesting how much the staff also see their growth and development in the model.

Are there any Microsoft Showcase School colleagues who might be able to help?
I don't seem to have access to the Team, and am wondering if they are doing a meeting post-BETT this year.
hello Bluesky. This is the RSC SaFE Group committee's new official account on here!
Please do follow us if you are interested in teaching and/or learning chemistry for 11-19 in UK schools. We organise various F2F and online meetings & conferences around the UK to support chemistry teachers.
They were the days!

17.09.2024 18:06 β π 1 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0Looking forward to this upcoming network where we'll hear about a scale-based approach to teaching A Level Chemistry fundamentals and @isaacphysics.org will share their automarking chemistry questions.
Open to all teachers (not just OCR) and free to attend: buytickets.at/ocr1/1326393 #ChatChemistry
They certainly do! Will play it by ear to start with - probably once a week, about 10 minutes.
I'm looking to develop more through-year practice and revision in and out of lessons.
This term, I'm going to try out some more student free writing at the start of lessons. Give them more opportunity to retrieve and reconstruct their knowledge. Give me more time to deal with start of lesson admin. Then model answers and allow some self assessment. Thoughts?
