And it's not even about the depth of themes! It's the idea that kids deserve the opportunity to appreciate well-made art.

Our society spends a great deal of time monitoring what kids eat, yet we fail to have a similar conversation about the art & media they consume, which has just as much impact.

I have a profound admiration for art whose target audience is children which still makes an effort to treat children like people who deserve to hear stories that have deep themes. Those are some of the best stories out there.

The Iron Giant is one of the best examples of that imho.

Yeah I haven’t seen many cases where a labeler that didn’t use ozone switched, which is mainly why I’m letting people know I have no idea what’s about to happen haha

Medsky 2.0 is almost here…

As we progress with getting these updates implemented, people may notice interruptions in their labeling. Just as an FYI, that I have a saved database of everyone’s labels so if there’s issues and you no longer see your labels I’ll eventually be able to re-add everyone’s.

Second, using Ozone provides us a lot more control over the labeling process, which can make it easier to troubleshoot issues with people who need their labels.

You can also submit requests through Ozone (through post reporting) if you need assistance rather than just a DM.

Why does this matter? Well, a couple of reasons.

First, we’re going to be at almost 400 labels with this next update, which makes our like-post/get-label approach to labeling more challenging.

This change facilitates part of an overhaul that will make labeling much easier.

As I’ve mentioned earlier, we have a pretty big change on the horizon. We’re going to be switching out servers for the Medsky labeler and converting the labeler to support the AT protocol labeling system Ozone.

This uhhh… this is fucking horrible. Assume everything you type into an "AI" chatbot— and especially if you *Share It*— is being saved and read and is *In No Way Private At All Ever*.

Went to Sequoia National Park last night for an #Astrophotography session and came back with these two pictures of M31 the Andromeda Galaxy and M33 the Triangulum Galaxy!
