(Technically, this is an oldie from August 2022! It was one of those sketches that I just kept coming back to and never finishing. It wasn't until the s2 teaser was released that I finally completed this! The drama!)

A Bit of Whimsy Roberta Seaport (Deepdarkwaters) Summary: Arts and crafts day goes extremely awry when Stede, Alma, Louis, and Lucius are somehow pulled from 2025 into the old oil seascape they embellished together. Unfortunately, what they added to the waves was a 1717 pirate battle surrounded by vicious hungry sea monsters. Now Stede's the captive of a mouldy maniac, spared from threats of gruesome torture only as long as he keeps sharing all the Mozart and Bach he can remember from the future, while Lucius and the kids were saved from becoming sabre-toothed shark poo by the crew of the legendary Blackbeard, who is really nothing like the stories. Sometimes you find your family in very unexpected places. And sometimes a mutiny and a velvety suit help.

EXCELLENT i love that, that's the best. If you ever end up taking your coding outside of perchance, totally recommend notepad++ for code edits -- it's def not the only program that highlights syntax/delimiters/etc, but it's my absolute faaave
