It's been hidden for years. The decline of manufacturing removed opportunities for basic educated school leavers from obtaining full time employment. We hid it by offering FTE until 18.

Still at the pub..Wife called it. Man answered. Handed it to the barman

My theory - I'm giving my colleague space to do more fulfilling work, whilst I get a warm feeling from doing it.
