Yet the reality remains: too many families spend 30+% of their income on housing.

1/3 Last year, we reported on average rent prices in several Coachella Valley cities, noting increases of up to 25% between 2022 and 2023.
Today, while rent prices remain high, they’re beginning to stabilize— a shift we're grateful for after years of steep increases!
