I posted on FB our dinner, which my wife said she'd like for her friends in PR China. I added a comment that it was grilled, and that wasn't allowed in Guangzhou, but, with Moutai, maybe our "friends" could make an exception.

Our friends include 5-Star General Elder Zhong:

I own a small Bubble Tea and Coffee Shop near Portland, Oregon.
We import the majority of our materials directly from PR China.
Now, a 145% tax.
I can't raise the price of a $6.00 drink to $15.00.
We'll do what we can to stay afloat.

Thanks, Senator - I know that it must seem even more bleak and hopeless in Washington DC than it does out here in Oregon, but we all appreciate you fighting for/with us.

Senator - While I support you and your actions, as I have done in the past and will do in the future, and I appreciate your 'no' vote, I'm not sure that this will help very much. Trump has a lock on the GOP, and we're screwed. We need better solutions now.
