Also worth adding I don't think this is entirely (or even mostly) his fault, Seattles defence have been absolutely ruthless and that OLine has been thoroughly dissected, but getting to the Superbowl and losing in this manner is reaaaal tough.

It happened for a first down earlier and it genuinely made me laugh, looked like Barner was expecting *someone* to block him at the line and they just...didn't, he swam through air for a few seconds like he was fighting a phantom block then spun for the catch and first down.

This months Discworld delivery was Eric (definitely not Faust), at only 130ish pages it's a quick read (I started it mid-afternoon and finished it before dinner...) but it's another great book. Rapidfire montage of cultural touchstones given the Pratchett treatment, a real joy to read.

I get being opposed to "doomerism", but there are like 20 mechanisms by which the election can be stopped or stifled, and he's tried half of them and shows no remorse before, he's clearly going to try them all if power is slipping from under him, what planet are people living on?

Watched season 2 of Man On the Inside yesterday, fancied something light, then there's a point where he talks about "once I was out and connecting with real people in the real world life was good again" and if I wasn't already having a bad week mentally that would've done it.

This is the first playoff game where I really had absolutely 0 invested in the result, think both of these teams can be great, both have left me largely unimpressed for different reasons this year, hard to argue the Eagles deserved to go further after that though.
