Wäre das AG berufen, dazu eine Feststellung zu treffen? Das liest sich für mich so: "Ich weiß, welche Gesellschaft zu bebußen gewesen wäre, aber in dieser Sache ging es nur um Kontrolle des Bescheids, ich kann das nicht einfach umschreiben". Aber ich weiß natürlich nicht, wie das in 🇩🇪 läuft.

Es ist besser geworden. Aber ein kurzer Blick in die Medien zeigt, dass sie sehr durchgängig schreiben, Trump habe militärische Gewalt ausgeschlossen. Tatsächlich ist Gegenteil der Fall und er hat mafiös-rhetorisch durch Umkehrung gedroht. So ca. "Man wird doch keine militärische Gewalt brauchen..."
