Den Beitrag hab ich gestern live im Mittagsjournal gehört und hab mich geärgert - über die Berichterstattung! Der Redakteur/Sprecher hats jedes Mal anders gesagt: Geht es es um "Eierlikör ohne Ei" oder "Likör ohne Ei"? Das ist wichtig! Erweckte den Eindruck, dass der Beitrag hingeschludert wurde. :/

Everything I've read here on Bluesky from other politics/diplomacy/IR/security/nuclear wonks indicated it's actually bad. Supposedly good as a movie but badly wrong on political, diplomatic, nuclear policy analysis. You disagree?

Aja, danke für den Hinweis, wurde mir nicht angezeigt. Aber dann wäre das "damit" überflüssig, oder? Das Wort hat mich da verwirrt, weil ich es als "nunmehr", "ab jetzt", "deswegen" interpretiere.

Dein Ursprungspost impliziert für mich aber, dass erst mit dieser angeblichen Aussage das Neutralitätsgebot gilt. Daher stellt sich die Frage. Oder, anders: Ist für einen neutralen Staat vor und nach dieser Aussage (ceteris paribus) etwas anders?

Gestern zufällig in einer Kinderärztinnenpraxis diese Werbung gesehen. Das Wort "Impfung" wird nicht genannt. Offenbar ist das schon ein Tabu-Begriff fürs Marketing... 😮‍💨😵‍💫

While a fine set as a proportion of turnover is broadly accepted, REWE may have a case in view of the leeway given by Austrian law to courts, and in view of approach taken by Austrian courts that 10% of turnover is not a cap, but determines range. Nuanced point, but important for fine amounts.
