She was very angry, and assumed she knew the character of the stranger she was yelling at. We need to be careful of our assumptions in this high emotion time. Sometimes the dog just didn't poop.

So, a lady walking across the other side of a long field spent the entire time yelling at me to pick up my dog poop. By the time I realized what she was saying she was gone. My dog wasn't actually pooping but looked like it. I feel like this is such an apt metaphor.
