Getting Food and Wine items that are gluten free, but I haven't tried yet. The shrimp and lamb from Australia. Both are returning from last year but they stand out this festival with all the beef dishes. 4/5 for the shrimp, spices are a bit dry. 5/5 for the lamb, tender with a good pesto

During the previews it was popular enough with locals to get an hour wait (it was also up and down all day). I think we are seeing mostly family attendance from the GP. The main concern is maintenance resources being cut if management is not seeing the ridership
