Drawing in rebels that wanted to use Ghorman for future destabilization.
Not draw in rebels to foster rebel activity to justify genocide.
He thought rebels were playing the ghor he was connecting with.
Oh and touched up the face and other areas with more paint, but the impetus to return was to remove the white space.

I went around the unpainted edges with more paint, and then digitally layered it with color burn turned down to 20% on the second layer.

Working on a Loki piece.
Deciding whether I want to factor other characters in or just loki and the island of Elbaf.

My reaction when people say Loki for the SH's or fleet.

Your borders are really nice as well.
I paint so disorderly that I end up putting in square borders digitally.

Bluesky is more personal and has a robust culture around blocking/an effective blocking feature; ergo the side already dominant on this site as directed by influential accounts will maintain control of the information streams in a way they cannot-

why Oda's playing Cavendish's future so quietly; his last namedrop being via Ace to Yamato in Wano.
I think it's too tied to endgame material/lore and now we're set to see the mysrties of Cabbage expanded on as he sails to the fore as one of Luffy's retainers.
and one day be worthy of serving Luffy in Dressrosa; despite already being self-sacraficial.
With Sai and Leo pwning Charloss and Hajrudin appearing in the Ohara flashback, with a path set forward to surpass Dory and Broggy and become king of the giants; you have to wonder-
he must be significant going forward and deserves a matchup worthy or his other half and individual skill.
With Bartolomeo bumbling with Shank's and likely being left with an arc of redeeming himself from his misapplied fanaticism, which goes along with his inner monologue pledging to get stronger-
Cavendish simply must battle Holy Knights/have a plotline specific to the conflict at Mary Geoise.
Cavendish's ambitions are high and his real world inspiration (Thomas Cavendish) is an important pirate/privateer.
To live up to his boasts and the very premise of his character-
-If Cavendish fights Garling it'll be a clash of two "beauties" one formerly and with an actually abhorrent spirit and Cavendish as actually valiant at heart.
Two different outlooks on the world and high positions representing the new and old orders.
But to fulfill what's already established-
-He kept Luffy on track and gave the speech summing up the thematic relevance of the fleet/the flaws of Mingo's machinations and by proxy the WG making all races their enemy.
-Here he expresses disgust with the ways Doffy treats his own people; Cavendish will similarly contrast with the Celestials.
Cavendish's moment in the Colloseum was a direct rebuke of what Doflamingo foisted on Rebecca/the culture he constructed and showed their difference despite the mirror dialogue/shared cynicism.
-He was also the only gladiator to make it to the top and actually lock eyes with Mjngo
-Cavendish parallels Doflamingo as a blonde cast from royalty/privilege with a dark side in Hakuba.
The "Heavenly Demon-" and "Hakuba" which translates to "White Horse" as stated above.
-That is emphasized with their similar cynical outlook on humanity.

the literary archetype of the "black knight."
As the head of the fleet and Garling the head of the Holy Knights (former now) with multiple other parallels, they will come into conflict in the endgame and Cavendish's final fight may be it's new head.
Now for "the endgame."
Cavendish represents the white horse (often a sign of sovereignty) that carries the sun god and worlds saviour in many mythologies; the knight that slays great monsters/wanders in search of great deeds to show their virtue across European lit.
He's the opposite of Garling-
via the fleet, internally justifying what goes unexplained in the mind of man whom convinced himself his now boss is his fan.
Let's also not Kyros being the Steadfast Tin Soldier, The Nutcrackers, and other literary/cultural inspiration that I won't be listing.
the anime expertly captures and a pause I can't find a moment akin to in the rest of One Piece.
Displaying concern outside of self from a character who's core gag/drive is self-absorbenent; putting Cavendish's own place on the seas into perspective and foreshadowing the way to the fame he craves-
