Decided to brave the MSFS 2024 purchase because 2020 was causing too many disk space dilemmas. So glad I did.

Flawlessly working with my framegen mod (would cause ghosting on 2020); nearly double the avg FPS of 2020 (77 vs 40). 10GB space vs 470GB, better detail, lighting, physics, sound. Wow.

There is currently a blackbird singing away happily outside in a 50mph gale. Absolute madman.

You've misunderstood, they applied the free NASCAR content to the 3-in-1 expansion. If you owned the separate 3 Racin' USA DLCs, you wouldn't get NASCAR, so they gave the expansion key away for free. You wouldn't lose the DLC by not applying for the free key, you just wouldn't have access to NASCAR.
