Police don’t have to arrest ICE agents. They have many alternatives. 1) decline to assist ICE, 2) decline to hinder anti-ICE protesters, 3) shield anti-ICE protesters from ICE, 4) warn neighborhoods ahead of ICE raids, 3) ticket ICE vehicles for illegal, driving, stopping, standing or parking.
