We’ve been eating this brand pre (and post) Costco availability and it’s really solid. You will never think you’re eating takeout Indian, but you are always satisfied. A jar jumped out of my pantry and smashed on the floor last month, so I may never unsmell it, but that’s another problem.

I feel this so hard. My grandma used to have a television channel that just played the weather and local events on a scroll. I think about that a lot whenever I miss something that was only promoted on IG.

I’m (slightly) above average in terms of my knowledge in this world and I still struggled to design a whole house system this year that I was really excited about. The company that solves this—really solves it so you don’t notice—will win this space.

I believe there must be off the shelf tech solutions to help, but it’s crazy how much a guy in a truck still drives an important daily experience in your life. Imagine if your plumber had that much influence over how much water your toilet used or if you had to adjust each valve (daily) or not.
