Why? From ~8,500 years ago, the spread of farming created heterogeneous, habitat-rich landscapes that enhanced biodiversity.

I found a cut gemstone in the gravel at a garden centre café aged 5. My grandparents handed it in to lost property but werre told that I could keep it. It was later set in a ring and it's still the best 'treasure' I ever found and one of my most prized possessions.
