Please, no hate about how close he is to the fire. It’s a gas fire insert, and the vent that the heat comes out of is at the top and means that the floor edge next to the fire is not the warmest part and the glass never gets hot

I am beginning to think that Otis is addicted to our gas fireplace. He has started waking me up at 4 AM with no problem other than the fire place has gone out. This afternoon he came into my office yowling the house down. Sure enough the fire was off again.

@aircanada.bsky.social’s AC35 crew on June 30 were absolute pros. Really appreciated their assistance and proficiency with the onboard aisle wheelchair.
