Yesterday's lesson: The 300 character limit is a very real thing here. I had never been very active on the twit site (not on moral grounds, just found it hard to use) so it took me a while to think of that when asking why a long post wouldn't post.

So... nine or ten days ago a small tortoiseshell cat came up to Russ Miller on the driveway and said "mew prrrrr". And kept right on doing it, especially after we fed her. And then we had to let her spend nights in the screened in porch, because, coyotes.
So to no one's surprise, we have a new cat.

Just a general hello to anyone who might have just followed me here from that book about faces. Having a back data channel is comforting. I haven't learned all about how this site works, but I will.

If the US government had proof of the existence of aliens, let alone a treaty or a conspiracy with them, we'd know. A certain ex president would not have been able to keep quiet about the subject.
