This is exactly what frustrates and upsets me about everything with that franchise. I think it needs to be pointed out as well that Visa is clearly losing money off these calls clogging their systems and still thought it was worth the money to re-train their employees/contractors. They're not scared enough to drop the issue altogether, people need to keep calling and snail-mailing.

It's regurgitating false information based on stolen content without context or nuance.
