I want to draw attention to Sammy’s work. His messages are inspired and his artistry is at times whimsical (in the good way!). He has some amazing videos on YouTube (Sammy Vanek) and he is investing his time, talents, and energy into creating things in this world that are healing.

This “Blade of Light” Quartz that is shaped like a prism definitely reveals new perspectives and shines a light on an issue that may have been hidden before.

This “Blade of Light” Quartz is actually self-healed. The place where it used to be attached to its matrix is now covered with tiny sparkling crystals, teaching that there can be beauty where there once was pain.

When working with crystals, some stones will resonate with you and others won’t. Some ways of working with crystals will feel aligned with you and others won’t. These two Columbian “Blade of Light” quartz points had specific lessons for me.

As I understand it, there are three types of animal spirit guides: Spirit Animals (kindred spirits in energy with us); Power Animals (energies we can call on to enhance our own); and Medicine animals (who appear to teach lessons and share their “medicine”).
