If they are perceived to be deteriorating then that prompts timely senior review and closer observation

Renew ANU: 2025 Implementation Timeline
ANU is committed to keeping staff informed and engaged by providing timely, clear and accessible information to help our staff prepare for and participate in change.
This page provides a summary of anticipated organisational change activity under the Renew ANU Change Principles Implementation Plan.
It will be updated regularly to reflect key milestones, decisions and the release of formal change proposals as planning continues.
We recognise that change can be challenging and support is available.
Staff can access free support and counselling through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which can be reached on 1800 808 374. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The University released the ANU Renewβ―Change Principlesβ―Implementation Plan on 16 April 2025 for an extended consultation period that closed on 9 May 2025. The University received 24 individual feedback submissions, including feedback from the NTEU on behalf of their members. The University has carefully considered all feedback received and will proceed with implementation as proposed. A summary of the feedback received, and the Universityβs response is available below:
