Judge also cited Lambert’s misconduction in Dominion v Byrne in D.D.C where Lamert was Disqualified out of the case, and other instances of misconduct in his denial of PHV.

And Lambert is out, PHV was denied. I am about to dig into the order, but untimely seems to be judges first issue with it, coming on morning of trial.

TRO stay hearing at 9th circuit is today.

The file is the underlying request to turn the TRO into a PI which would be heard by Breyer at the District Court Level

It’s not sunny and warm out, Downunder, it’s freezing, time to stay rugged up near the heater.
