I’m convinced many of these conservative legal theories, originalism being another, were born as forms of think-tank lawfare to take down democracy.

I have trouble surmising the motives of this cabal. There are segments of the ideological catalogue i can infer the logic of, political end states. The unitary executive however, and its accessory tangents, project dark turns.
