Wow, you are full of slogans. No, it doesn’t. But I never said it did. What’s your point here? Somehow guns will solve everything? They won’t. They just ensure somebody won’t (ever) leave the scene after the gun appears. Won’t necessarily be the person you hoped would be hurt.

I can’t change your mind. But I hate guns with a passion you wouldn’t believe. I lost my best friend to a murder that never would have happened if guns weren’t so prevalent. So I’m deeply invested in finding other ways. And I say that, knowing I won’t shed a tear when he’s dead (soon hopefully).

On the one hand, I hear you and agree. On the other, imagine people showing up to protest with guns. Vengeance would be satisfying, but bloody, and we’d lose too many good people. We’re not at that point in the story—hope we never get there. I really believe we can defeat them without guns.

That’s a beautiful thing: generations or waves of relatives, able to speak the language of music with each other.

I hear you. And yet, why do the least respectable people get to “own” the flag. If I were to fly the flag, people would assume I support the orange man, which I don’t. I want to fly the flag for Obama, and Biden, and all the Presidents who actually cared about the American people and dream.

AOC is inspiring and powerful. It’s great to see a smart politician who refuses to sell out her ideals. But she can have a much stronger and longer-term effect in Congress. We’re too focused on Presidents in this country. Vote in more effective, ethical representatives and give AOC teammates!

Speaking from experience, most of the students at Princeton were not like Hegseth. It’s shameful to forbid military members to sign up for good schools. If you serve your country, you should be allowed to get the best education you can find. They’re trying to kill this country, I swear.

It’s the “conviction of” part where certain Congresspeople and Senators seem to get stuck. The gap between knowing what’s right and doing what’s right seems very large for some folks…

What will it take? Do we need to send artificial spines to Congress? Especially Republicans?

The thing is, even with the released and redacted files, there should be more than enough to bring certain people to justice. That it hasn’t happened indicates a lack of willingness by those who hold the levers of power. We should push for that. No more files needed. Trials should be happening.
