How likely are we to see more defined "partnerships" throughout the team next season? Can you see Arteta regularly making double substitutions of both wide players for example? Saka/Eze (🤞) to be replaced by Gabi/Noni or something similar...

A variety of things when I was in different roles. HoY and HoD were mainly around student tracking, intervention and increasing parental engagement. In retrospect, tried to fix too many things at once and the message was muddied as a result. I'd advocate for keeping it simple, one thing at a time.

I tried to do too much, a lot needed doing but I tried to do it all myself which was not advisable. I wish I had developed the ability to delegate responsibility and empower colleagues effectively much earlier.

I don't see another team in the league with the functional depth that we are likely to have in every position next season. Liverpool are light at the back, City have lots of untested rotational players, Chelsea have numbers but there are serious questions about how they all fit.
