Yes there is a war crimes counter enabled, no it ain't lookin good. I need to try to do a full war crime free colony at some point, it's actually a lot harder to avoid if you're playing Rimworld normally. The "setting traps" violation is downright brutal, and you basically cannot recruit prisoners
