Head med update: fell asleep finally around 3:45am, & up again at 4:30 with claw hands that painfully resisted being straightened (felt like I was tearing something inside). When I saw them under the bathroom light, they were 💀 grey and blue. Took lots of hot water to revive them & they ache today.

I’m weaning off a head med and today was my first day at 0mg. I’ve been having severe vertigo and then this evening my skin started ITCHING. It’s 3am and I’m considering going to the hospital, it’s so bad. It’s like I’m having an allergic reaction to the absence of something. I want to SLEEP.
