Went to sleep around midnight, dreamed an entire night’s worth of dreams. Woke up and it was 1:50. I don’t have many perimenopause symptoms, but stupidly long, ridiculously vivid dreams is one of them.

If family legend is to be believed, it was the death of both parents on a penal transportation ship.

Today is my one year anniversary of being on semaglutide for weight loss. I wanted to make it to 50 pounds lost by this time but I didn't quite get there. I lost 48 pounds in the last year and I'm officially out of the 250s! Hopefully by this time next year I'll be in onederland (under 200 pounds).

Loving someone who is chronically depressed is like loving someone who has an addiction. Nothing you suggest or try will help them. They have to want to live or else. All you can do is watch.

I take a nap every day. I haven’t slept well at night since I was young. Incorporating a daily nap into my schedule means I actually get enough sleep now, instead of being exhausted every day.
